Cover Teaching Assistant(s) - Ongoing Opportunities At St George’s, Teaching Assistants (TAs) are highly valued and recognised as an integral part of any teaching and learning team. In the Early Years, the social and emotional aspect of their role is particularly strong and they are seen as key care-takers for the children in these years. TAs are ultimately accountable to the Principal but take guidance from Heads of Schools, Class Teachers and the Head of Student Support Services as appropriate to the area they are assigned to.
