## Job description

**Westview International Language School** is seeking to appoint an exceptional and experienced PA **Middle & High School Principal** for the 2026/27 academic year. The successful candidate will provide strategic and academic leadership across the two stages, driving excellence in teaching and learning, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for students.

- * Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Principal.
- * Manage the Principal’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- * Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
- * Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- * Coordinate communication between the Principal, teachers, parents, students, and administration.
- * Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and action points.
- * Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes when required.
- * Assist with daily school operations and administrative activities.
- * Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- * Support the Principal in coordinating school events and activities.
- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant role, preferably in an international school.
- * Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- * Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
- * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- * Ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
- * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- * A proactive, flexible, and professional attitude.
