## Job description

An exciting opportunity has opened for a **Early Years Teacher Assistant (Maternity Cover)** at the **Australian International School**! If you are passionate about making a positive impact and are driven by growth and development, this role is perfect for you!

**Position Requirements:** ● Excellent communication skills at all levels
● Patience in dealing with students and parents
● Sound organisational and time management skills
● Nurturing manner and ability to show compassion and care with small children
● Minimal IT skills

**Qualifications:** ● A minimum Diploma in Early Childhood or similar
● A minimum of 2 years experience in working with small children (aged 2-5) in a school or day care environment
● International experience highly regarded
● Excellent written and spoken English skills
● Further qualifications in Early Childhood would be an advantage.
● This is a maternity cover position from **11 January 2027 to 11 June 2027**.
